Steve,
What significance is there in the width and height of the DP box ?
I am finding the combination of DP (preferably with confluence across one timeframe up and down), STF divergence and Reversal Bar entry a devastatingly good addition to my trading arsenal this year.

Hi J.
Glad this new DP strategy is working out well for you.... always nice to hear that it is " devastatingly good addition to my trading arsenal this year " :)
To answer your question. No, just use the levels of the DP, the Time position is not relevant, juts the price.
Thanks
Steve

Thank-you, Steve....
... but is there really no significance to the height of the DP "box" ?
There is trading significance in the sense of looking for a close beyond the box extreme level to "void" the DP area in question. So my question is as to what parameters are making the height range wider or lower ?
I like to understand my black boxes, Steve :D .

Hi J,
Just need to look at the DP levels, that is all........ no need to try and work out how they are calculated :)

The Steve magic on the DPs...and no importance attached to time - only the price zone itself.
Tony.
