In order to vote you must log-in with your username and password

Many people have expressed that they want to be more connected and that they would like to see more in depth trading information from us. Now, Steve is not an advisor and cannot fill that roll from England. However, we have other options open to us and we want to explore what the needs are of the customer.

Please cast your vote and you may choose multiple selections, what we are trying to see is what is you want most from us. We will look at these and explore our options as to developing new products or keep things as they are (if that's what you want).

In any event, cast your vote and tell us what you think, we are listening and want your input. Remeber, you can select more than one item on this poll, so tell us everything you want.

Thank you for your time,

Matt Bowen

This indifference I suppose suggests we're happy with the current arrangement - weekly webinar that is immediately archived for those (like me from Down Under) who can't always join real time. You can't please everyone. Some want printed report. Do you please those who want DVDs and TV show, too?

We trust you'll give us as much support as possible without impacting on your efforts to move the MTPredictor business, and in turn us, forward.

Cheers, Muddy Farmer.

Hi Muddy,

Democracy speaks this time, we are not sure how many members have shown up in this forum since the new poll starts. One suggestion is given to MTP administrator that please send all member a reminding email for them to participate... For me, I suppose to see no difference from current result.

Cheers and good trading.:)

Hey, the daily report is looking popular. For me personally I always liked Steve's view as it is that of professional trader to which I aspire.

I did send him a number of emails directly begging him to keep this report (personally I say you could loose the trades that were taken as once you understand MTP basics you are probably away and running). His analysis is that of someone who really has experience and much more importantly its objective and professional.

Also, that report made the MTPredictor company seem more friendly and helpful. For me it was a big reason why I bought the software in the first place.

On seminars....my view is that I'd like to see the seminars focus on soemthing other than basics. I struggle with DP continuations and DP trades that wiggle around a level. It would be good to see how a pro handles these situations for anyone like me who is not sure.

Whatever the outcome, I think MTPredictor is the best trading software vendor out there. Honesty and integrity is hard to find so keep up the good work dudes!

I have caught up with this forum this week-end, so I have some new 2 cents (or pennies, as it is) and questions to add to some threads.
To start with, I agree with scooper on this one.
I would still have some mild criticism for the report, but in my opinion it was a very valuable piece of reference and education. Actually I would have liked to see more of it. I understand that a daily report requires quite some time, though, and I appreciate the dilemma, especially now that although the report faction seems to be winning, there is a considerable amount of webinar-fans. Though, Steve.
As for paying, personally I do not pay for any trading “guru” thing, but if I did, I guess that the webinar or report should be about much more detailed and on the spot trading “suggestions”, or ideas or whatever you want to call it instead of the dirty word “advice”. Or it should be a higher form of tuition.
I would expect a fair amount of free education on the software from any software vendor. MTP is very good at this and it goes the extra mile. This is part of the reason why I (and I believe others) think that it is “special” and unique.
For me, these (report and webinar) are educational and marketing material. First rate, much better than average, great enthusiasm and commitment and all the things that make MTP special, but still educational and marketing. I think it is a nice and important add-on to the price we paid for the software, in a way “subsidised” by the potential sales of MTP software achieved via this educational and marketing material.
So, for me, get back to the report, if you can. If you want to charge for something, it should be something else.

Other possible ideas:
I can see a number of users willing to write their views and actions. Steve comments on some of these trades from time to time. Perhaps he could do it more often and in more detail and explain what he would have done differently, or not. In order to avoid potential non customers piggy-backing he can create a section of the forum that is “customers only”.
Just some thoughts. Hope it helps.

P.S. I would like to take this opportunity to repeat that in my opinion this forum is the best I have seen and to thank MTP staff and forum contributors for the vast amount of education and support..

Hi all MTP users,

I agree with gremtp - MTP team is great. The webinar is an easier job for Steve and more helping for his marketing. MTP users are having plenty of tutorials and videos explaining in detailes what was mentioned in webinars and much more. As experience and advice, the report seems more in step with daily market's movement which seems more helpfull.
Whatever you decide Steve and Matt, please keep the good work.
Good trading all.

Hi Everybody

First I would like to thank you all for the kind words of support for what we all do here at MTPredictor. It is not just me, I have a great team here, all of who work very hard to give the best service we can to our customers….

It is interesting to see how many of you liked the daily report, this was not the response when I asked a few months ago, before deciding to make the switch to the more “interactive” Webinars. In fact, at that time, more people were in favor of a webinar over a daily report, hence the change. However, I realize that opinions change so what I will do is review the consensus again in a year when our current contract with Webex runs out to see what the feeling is then.

Thanks

Steve Griffiths

Thanks for your comments Steve. I didn't know this poll existed until now, I bumped into it by complete accident. I haven't received an email notice, this may explain the low number of votes cast.

Now to the important stuff.

One of the things that made me decide to purchase MTP was the excellent daily report. I now miss it greatly. I have attended a couple of webinars and watched all the recordings and I have the feeling that they are extremely new-user orientated. I agree with the comments from a previous user, I would like to see more advanced topics being discussed in depth, not just saying "this is a DP, only suitable for advanced traders". I already know that!

I know that prospective clients need to be targetted for the company to survive, but what better publicity than a satisfied customer (like myself)?

Any way, please keep up the good work and bring back the report asap!

Hi steve,

Nice to have your thoughts here, as you can feel the opinion has already been changed (to DAILY REPORT again), if you have time to work this admiring stuff on, one tiny suggestion is to put it in member section for MTP software user ONLY to appreciate, meantime, leave webinar as new business targetting tool, as such, both happy.

Thanks again for great contribution from MTP team.

Yep, that is why every other week I will be doing an "advanced" webinar for current customers only - please see http://www.mtpredictor.com/support/Webinars2.html

Just trying to keep everybody happy ;)
