Hello All,

Using eSignal as ONLY as data supplier for trading the ER2, YM and NQ, is there anybody on this board using IQFeed or having had an experience (good or bad) with ?

If yes, any true testimonials would be welcome ?

Thanks for your help

Happy trading to all

Hi
I tried IQ for the free trial and it was reliable, I did notice that some of the trades that Esignal found DTNIQ did not? it must be in the way their data is filtered or something
I have found that with Ninja Esignal works the best.

Well, I can say eSignal is for sure the best retail feed.
Ticks filtering is one of the most unknown tecniques of correcting ticks.
Below tho images, the first one regarding unfiltered (from exchange) and the second one filtered from the feed.
It sounds unbelievable, but that's the true, so during your choice keep attention to unfiltered feed (as IQ)...because also if they say it's unfiltered, they do need to apply somewhere some filter.

Hi

I have to say that i use an unfiltered data feed and have not had any problems. All data is going to very a little. So you will get some different R/R between different data feeds. I know some one that manages a fairly large account and uses IB as his data feed and has been doing so for a while. Think of all the professional traders that use Tradestation and they are unfiltered data.:)
