Red bar at Typical Wave C WTP with R:R of 4.2:1 and the 20/50 MAs negative.

Not foreign exchange, but a comparison to the chart above. TQ-067 has Blue bar at typical Wave C WPT and a R:R of 3.4:1 but the 20/50MA converging (bottom pane is MAO setup for 20/50). If the price rises, giving an entry, then they may never cross. Valid entry or not?

To wrap up these potential trades...

Yes - both valid and both stopped out at the initial protective stop for a risk/reward of -1x.

Confirms the importance of protective stops!
