All,
I'm the retail mortgage sales manager of an internet bank. I know everyone thinks rates are going to continue to go up. But..............I'm keeping an eye on this weekly chart!!!

As suspected, yields have dropped 13 basis points in the last few weeks!! Weekly has reached the 100% level.

PS - Steve, how are you getting around this file size limitation of 620 x 280??? The charts are not very appealing. The only way I could figure this out is to attach as a PDF file.
