Hi Everybody,
A few of you have told us that emails to MTPredictor.com have been bouncing. This is because of something called Real-Time Black hole lists which are blacklist of servers around the world and not any actual technical problem or bugs with our email system.
What happens is that ISP's are placed on this list if undue spam has been reported from thier ISP. So what has been happening is that somebody (not us of course) has been spamming using the IP address of the ISP that hosts our web site. The result is that our host has been put on the black list by some other ISP's in the world. Hence some emails to us have been bouncing.
The way round this is for us to create a "contact form" on the web site directly, so you can contact us without using email. We are in the process of doing this now for you all.
It is just a pitty that spam causes us all so many headaches.....
In the meantime, please try Steve.Griffiths@MTPredictor.net to contact me via another ISP.
Steve
