Attention fellow traders!
I would like to sell my LLC business that has a very low commissions arrangement for trading US stocks with Etrade Professional – major U.S. publicly traded company.
It’s set up as a multiple sub accounts LLC (so that you can hire as many traders as you like and mark up your rates) with clearance provided by Etrade. However, if you wish, you can have only one account for yourself.
You have to keep a minimum of $25,000 USD in the account and you are provided with 4:1 margin intra day with 2:1 margin overnight. You will also have remote access software and one of the most advanced stock day-trading platforms in the industry: LightSpeed. You will also have an account representative who is only a telephone call away.
How low are the commissions? Because it’s based on the ECN rebates, you commissions can be very low. Mine are typically about $1.5 USD per 1000 shares. Some of my friends have them as low as $0.5 per 1000 shares (because they trade larger share lots).
You can’t probably get less than $7-8 per trade from any US brokerage firm. It means, if you trade in 1000 share lots and trade 1 mln. shares per month, you are paying a minimum of $7000 in commissions. Through my LLC you would only pay $1500 (or less) for 1 mln. shares traded, thus saving yourself over $5000 per month or about $60K-70K per year.
Please keep in mind that:
1. What is being offering is more like a low commission tool rather than revenue generating business. It can potentially be used as a revenue generating business too. Think of it like of a McDonald’s franchise that you just purchased.
2. It’s great, if you are a high volume trader of US stocks. You can’t trade other products through it (though some emini’s can be traded too, and there are plans to introduce currencies and options). The more shares a month you trade, the larger are the savings.
3. Trading paltform requires some time getting used to, but it's very simple and intuitive. Also you should learn rebate trading if you want very low commissions, like: when selling: offerring out rather than hitting the bids, when buying: bidding rather than hitting the offers.
If anybody is interested, please let me know, I would be happy to provide you with further details. If you know of someone who might be interested, I would be happy to pay you a referral fee, if it results in a sale.

Thank you.
