Hi

Am new to MTP EOD.
Has anyone used it to trade Natural Gas Futures?

If so did you use standard setups in MTP...

Cheers
Aurora

Hi Aurora,

Yes, we had a good short back in late October that lasted 13 trading days.

MTPers:

I woke up yesterday morning and observed with a real time data feed
that several forex pairs were showing alot of momentum. I opened MTP
EOD and set my targets and triggers.

I came home that evening to find a profit of over 1200 pips! These
trades are presently up over 1600 pips within 24 hours.

This is rare but it can happen. I only wish it were real money, as I
am in my MTP eval period.

Hi dctommy,

impressive results!

How did you figure out that there was a lot of momentum given? What indicator or study did you use? Did you scan for TS1,TS2,TS3's?

Timo:

I use 4x made easy to confirm buying and selling pressure.

Many people think it is a joke, but I have found it useful in showing
strong momentum in either direction.

It is $4,000 and $80 per month for the feed.

PS: The jury is still out on the trades. I suspect I will give back much of the
gains, unless MTP's wave projections actually bank the profits prior to reversal.
Since many of the setups were manual, my projections may have been incorrect.
We will see.

Update on my recent EOD forex trades this week:

Although I have given back a few hundered pips on retracements
my recent multi-forex paper trade (when the EUR went ballistic and
the USD tanked):

approx. 1800 pips net gain within 72 hours.

some MTP targets were hit, some were not. I exited positions that did
not show promising weekly momentum in the direction of open positions.

I think I had 2 losses out of 10 trades. They were minor due to stops.
Nice to be able to set your targets and then watch them auto close with
profits. "Fire n Forget".
