Enhanced RT 4.0 with eSignal imminent

After long development, the enhanced eSignal-powered MTPredictor RT 4.0 will be released in the next few days.
Data retrieval and trade set-up display is faster, and resource demands are lower.
The new API interface is extremely stable.
