When trying to decide which Gold Contract to go for today, I remembered something I meant to mention about Genesis data in case others had not noticed. The volume data they supply appears to apply to ALL contracts in a commodity collectively. I have been caught out in the past when trying to decide between say a June or September contract and I have thought that the September contract had good liquidity, when it was actually rather poor.
So now I check the liquidity on line - an excellent site for a quick chart (lovely charts) that shows the Volume + OI and all the details on a contract (including FND and LTD info) can be found at ....
