Based on Daily charts, the last move up to 84 was an implulse move after that the correction till now. Based on the pending news on iPod phone it might continue its up trend. Any thoughts. I am very new to MTP.

Hi Kepilot

I could not see a setup on MTP but AAPL did rally over 6% last night .

Hi Kepilot

Here is the Weekly view on AAPL.
It looks fairly OK to me in looks but it has only got to the Minimum WPT so it is not an "ideal" set-up.
Also the last bar is not complete as we are only part way through the trading week.
Does anybody else scan for Weekly Set-ups??

That does give a whole different perspective. Never thought of looking at weekly. Gives a bigger / long term picture. Thanks for putting the charts. I need to learn that as well.

Hi Kepilot

Not relevant here as the MTP system looks at ABCs in "isolation" . But I always use the next timeframe up as my controlling Timeframe i.e. Trend up Weekly Look for bullish ABCs in Daily to participate in the larger moves.
A rule of price :::
Lower time period patterns "normally" terminate in the direction of the larger timeframe
