you just go to "tools" - "history centre" - then pick what you want (fx pair and time frame) and it's pretty self explanatory from there....

or you can load an indicator called agetdata (or something like that) onto your charts and it will do it for you auto every minute or so. You can find it on this forum somewhere (I can't find it now....)
